Returns Policy
Please Note: If you purchased your item during the tournament from Augusta National we cannot return or exchange the item. Please reach out to the Pro Shop at Augusta National (706-667-6000) for any comments or concerns you may have. *** We are not affiliated with Augusta National Golf Club.***
You may return any ProGolfUSA non-special order items within fourteen (14) days for a refund of the purchase price. No returns or exchanges on special order items or BUCKET HATS. You can exchange any item with the original packaging and tags for store credit of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

Please include a note stating the reason for your return or exchange and what items you would like to purchase with the store credit.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
After placing your order, your item(s) in most cases will ship out in 2-4 business days. If you need to receive your item quicker than that please choose priority or expedited shipping. Expedited shipping orders must be placed by 3:30PM EST the day of to ensure that we have enough time to process and ship your order the day off. Packages that exceed ProGolfUSA's weight and size limits are subject to an extra charge for shipping. These items include, but are not limited to; framed pictures, framed flags and folding chairs. International orders will incur an additional charge of $50.00 for packages that exceed certain weight and size.
